I have experienced this problem that the screen locked itself at exact one minute on all newly purchased Dell Latitude 7410s. I then have been doing a lot of researches online, making changes in registry, playing around the screen timeout settings and even the GPO but without any luck. Contacting Dell support TWICE and they had no clue either. I was also blaming the v1909 version on this.
Finally I got the help from my Dell account team and the fix is very simple.
Open the Dell optimizer and turn off "Walk Away Lock" - which was set at one minute. (Not sure why it comes with this particular model and Dell support has no knowledge about it)
