- Go to Services.msc and make sure the path of TOC..
- Stop TOC... SQL instanace
- Uninstall SQL from add/remove programs
- Uninstall Risk Assessment
- Rename TOC SQL folder, for example, MSSQL2.old
- Install Risk Assessment & SQL
