After rearching the internet by using keyword "oleaut32.dll crash", found the solution,

Download VBRun60.exe (VB6 runtime lib)

In safe mode

Open the C:\Windows\System folder.

Rename the file oleaut32.dll to .old (oleaut32.old) and install VPRun60.exe

Boot back into Normal mode.

Reboot the computer.
